The exciting Registered Nurse opportunity

• Permanent full-time role working a variety of shifts in one of our regional homes
• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
• Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
• Formulate and update person centred care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
• Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that accurately reflect the care delivered
• Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

About you

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse within residential aged care in Australia is essential
• Flexible, resilient and willing to work any shifts
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Current working rights in Australia
