About the role
- Act as a warm and knowledgeable first point of contact, guiding prospective residents and families through their journey to finding a new home
- Develop productive relationships with local hospitals and Social Workers to generate leads and obtain referrals
- Respond to all admissions enquiries, identifying and pre-qualifying potential residents
- Conduct tours and promote the service offering for prospective residents and their families
- Coordinate contracts, documentation, financial arrangements and move-in planning to ensure a smooth admissions process
- Partner with the marketing and home management teams to grow community engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain a waitlist and support timely occupancy of vacant rooms

About you
- Experience in an Admissions or Administration role in aged care, or a sales or relationship management role in another sector
- Empathetic, fantastic interpersonal and communication skills and able to quickly build rapport
- Proactive, driven and with highly developed assessment, judgement and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to follow defined processes and contract documentation requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and working rights in Australia
