The fantastic opportunity

• Permanent part-time role working four shifts a fortnight with the potential to pick up more
• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care home 
• Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
• Formulate, review and update care plans
• Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
• Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing care to the elderly
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Current working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
