About the Opportunity

 

This full time role reports directly to the Disability Services Manager and works closely with the NDIS Liaison Officer.

The NDIS Quality and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Hall and Prior meets the standards and regulations set by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This role involves overseeing compliance processes, conducting audits, and implementing quality assurance measures to maintain and enhance service delivery standards.

 

You will have an excellent focus and understanding of the regulatory responsibilities and interface of both the Aged Care and NDIS systems.

With your communication skills, planning, organisational and time management skills you will be a key contact person for our NDIS participants plans and ensure alignment to Hall and Prior values and policies.

What will help you succeed?

 

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, Social Services, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a compliance or quality assurance role, preferably within the disability sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of NDIS standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
