About the role

We are seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor for our Fresh Fields operations in Carlisle, on a full-time basis. This position will see you managing maintenance staff to ensure the coordination and delivery of environment service programs across our South of the River homes. The successful applicant will be an experienced leader with a flexible mindset that doesn't shy away from a challenge. 

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing cleaning, maintenance, gardening, waste management, and renovation / expansion programs to ensure optimum operational environments and presentation. You'll operate in a supportive team environment where any after-hours responsibilities are shared evenly.  

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a supervisor, ideally managing maintenance staff across multiple facilities.
• Experience in contractor and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of industry best practice in environmental operational management and organisational effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Full work rights in Australia.
• ‘C’ Class driver's license.
• Willing to obtain National Police Clearance
