We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - HR Systems to join our ICT team on a full-time basis, based out of our corporate office in West Perth.
About the role
Reporting to Senior Manager – ICT Applications, you will be responsible for ensuring our HR Information System is secure, efficient, and aligned with our organisation’s goals, optimising the day-to-day workflows of our HR and Payroll team. This role will also assist with any technical queries relating to our HRIS, as well as providing guidance and support for any optimisations and enhancements within the system.
What you’ll need to succeed?
To be successful in the role, you’ll need to possess the following:
- Experience in managing changes to HRIS processes or systems, including user acceptance testing and feedback collection
- Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Previous experience in training staff on HRIS functionalities and providing ongoing technical support
- SQL database management, analysis and reporting
- Experience providing technical support to HR staff and end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries
- National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
- Evidence of 2024 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
