We are seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse-Homecare to join our team in the South West, on a Part-time basis.

You will be responsible for delivering essential nursing care to clients within the comfort of their own homes; contributing significantly to their wellbeing and quality of life. You will have demonstrated experience in providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all home care clients.

You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our clients and their families.

We need to ensure you hold:

• AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• WA Driver's license and personal vehicle
• evidence of Influenza vaccination; and
• full working rights in Australia.
