About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Manager of Quality Safety and Compliance to join our WA Team on a full-time basis, with above industry salary packages available.
Hall & Prior are seeking a Manager, Quality Safety and Compliance to have a leadership role in quality management. This role works alongside clinical specialists, supporting operational management to achieve quality, consumer experience and clinical outcomes. This is a diverse and challenging role across our Residential, Home Care and NDIS operations. This role requires the successful candidate to manage quality outcomes alongside fellow quality focused Registered Nurses, using highly developed analytical skills to improve care and quality of life for our residents. Hall & Prior operate services in the Great Southern and Southwest regions – and occasional travel to these regions is essential to succeed in this role.
Work within well-established quality systems, with the opportunity to actively contribute to Hall & Prior’s revised clinical governance framework in preparation for the Strengthened Aged Care Standards in 2025 and be part of the reform changes.
What you'll need to succeed?
- Qualifications in Nursing, Health Science, Allied Health or related discipline
- National Police Check and or Statutory Declaration
- "C" class or equivalent driver's license and vehicle suitable for role
- Vaccination evidence or willingness to be vaccinated to support client and personal wellbeing (influenza and other role specific requirements)
- Right to work in Australia
