We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Retirment Village Manager to join our newly acquired Kiama home on a full-time basis.

About the role

Forming part of the senior management team, this role serves as a first point of contact for all general enquiries, property management, unit re-sales and renting; and to foster meaningful relationships with both consumers and families.

What you'll bring

• Recognised training or experience in Property Management
• Experience within managing Retirement Village style accommodation
• Experience in Retirement and Seniors Living
• Experience in delivering education and training to adult learners
• Demonstrated time management and organisation skills and ability to coordinate and prioritise referrals
• Comprehensive knowledge of Retirement Villages Act and subsidiary legislation, rules, regulations and Fair Trading laws
• Strong budgetary, billing and finance skills. Understanding of managing rental and retirement village income
• Great communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts whilst building relationships
• Up to date Influenza Vaccination
• Current National Police Certificate or willing to obtain
• Full work rights in Australia
