Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 37 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, NSW, and Canberra. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Retirment Village Manager to join our newly acquired Kiama home on a full-time basis.
About the role
Forming part of the senior management team, this role serves as a first point of contact for all general enquiries, property management, unit re-sales and renting; and to foster meaningful relationships with both consumers and families.
What you'll bring
- Recognised training or experience in Property Management
- Experience within managing Retirement Village style accommodation
- Experience in Retirement and Seniors Living
- Experience in delivering education and training to adult learners
- Demonstrated time management and organisation skills and ability to coordinate and prioritise referrals
- Comprehensive knowledge of Retirement Villages Act and subsidiary legislation, rules, regulations and Fair Trading laws
- Strong budgetary, billing and finance skills. Understanding of managing rental and retirement village income
- Great communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts whilst building relationships
- Up to date Influenza Vaccination
- Current National Police Certificate or willing to obtain
- Full work rights in Australia
