Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 36 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are searching for two Relationship Managers to join our growing organisation on a full-time basis. One of these roles will be based at our Karingal Green home in High Wycombe, the other at our Head Office in West Perth (or surrounding areas).

 

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual for a sales/relationship-focused role. In this position, you will work closely with Directors of Nursing (DON) to generate leads, respond to inbound admission inquiries, build and maintain waitlists, and assist with tours and paperwork. After admission, you will continue to collaborate with the DON on RAD and debtor collection. This is a key role that requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth admission process and ongoing financial management. You will also assist our Directors of Nursing in admitting residents by: 

  • identifying and pre-qualify potential admissions
  • organising tours and pre-admission documentation
  • preparing contracts and other documentation for signing

 

What you'll bring

In order to be considered for this role. you will have the below skills and experience:

  • Knowledge, skills and experience in commissioning new services, sales, aged care admissions and related funding and compliance
  • Demonstrated time management and organisation skills and ability to coordinate and prioritise referrals
  • Ability to follow defined processes and contract documentation requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Highly developed assessment, judgement and problem-solving skills
  • National Police Check and/or Statutory Declaration
  • Vaccination evidence or willingness to be vaccinated to support client and personal wellbeing (influenza and other role specific requirements)
