We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. 

Reporting to the Venue Manager, the primary focus of the Assistant Venue Manager is to keep our service levels at the highest standard. With a proactive approach and known floor presence, you will be a strong supporter for our team members and build strong relationships with our guests.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the guest experience and continually look for opportunities to improve.
• Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do.
• Monitor of wages, comps and wastages.
• Assist with team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate.
• Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business.
• Ensure venue presentation is at a high standard at all times.
• Liaise with other departments on a regular basis.
• A high knowledge of the product produced in venue.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a fast paced restaurant and/or cocktail bar
• Previous experience in working in a high-volume hospitality environment
• Experience in managing and coaching teams
• Ability to own situations and make decisions as necessary
• RSA essential, RMLV desired
• Intermediate computer skills
• Qualification in Hospitality desired
