Hospitality Systems Support

We’re seeking a casual Hospitality Systems Support to join the team. The successful candidate will have a knack for all things IT and an understanding of the venues needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • POS updates
  • Me&U updates
  • Updating external ordering platforms
  • Replacing hardware when required
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Stationary
  • Warehouse assistance
  • Stock take
  • Reporting

  • Ability to effectively follow direction and engage with the team.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Good at multi-tasking.
