HSW are currently accepting applications for Food & Beverage Attendants to work in our Events team. Working across a variety of Event spaces across a rotating roster, our Events team are responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests. Whilst the roles will be primarily on the floor duties, there is also the opportunity to be part of the set up/pack down crew.

What we’re looking for:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, as full training will be provided
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.
• Be a positive and collaborate team player.
• Assist with guest requests and requirements.
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA

Responsibilities include:

• Sets up the function space ensuring aligned to Event requirements.
• Always follow company polices and vision.
• Promote positive customer service standards on each shift to ensure standards of excellence are provided by each team member.
• Participate in all pre/post shift briefings to assist with the smooth transition and handover between shifts, thereby avoiding interruption.
• Promote a positive working relationship between team members and other departments within the company.
• Relay any operational problems to the Manager on duty.
• As directed by the Manager on duty, perform other related duties.
• Ensure that the work area is always fully maintained including level of stock and cleanliness of equipment.
