Reporting to the Group VIP & Guest Experience Manager, the Reservation Coordinator receives and coordinates inbound bookings within Mr Percival’s, Felons Brewing Co., Felons Barrel Hall and Ciao Papi.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Answering and directing all inbound calls
• Maintaining venue email inboxes 
• Coordinating reservations for the precinct. This includes large bookings and dietary requirements
• Providing friendly and solution driven customer service
• Liaising with the kitchen and operations teams on a regular basis with regards to upcoming bookings
• Pass on guest feedback to relevant departments and collating this feedback for management
• Creating reports on bookings as required
• Up-selling of product, venue and property

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality is desired
• Weekend and afterhours availability will be required
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Experience working in a fast pace environment
• Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidential and effective communicator
