What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a cocktail bartender in similar establishments. 1 year experience is advantageous. 
• A wealth of knowledge in the realms of mixology, spirits, and wine.
• Customer service-focused, friendly, and welcoming, willing to be the host of the party!
• Ability in creating craft cocktails and commitment to offering high-quality beverages.
• Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, memorable experiences.
• Be a positive and collaborative team player.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Open to learning and ready for growth.
• Willingness to work on weekends, and mostly late nights.
• Hold a current RSA.

 Responsibilities include:

• Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude.
• Have an extensive knowledge of Stan's cocktails and classics.
• Working within a close-knit team. 
• Keep the bar clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure RSA compliance at all times on shift.
• Use correct POS and cash handling procedures.
