Key Responsibilities will include:

• Craft and cook delicious breakfast items following Felons’ quality standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth breakfast service
• Maintain the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Manage stock levels to ensure kitchen readiness

What we are looking for:

• Proven breakfast experience in a busy, high-energy kitchen
• Ability to work 6am - 2pm shifts 
• Genuine passion for quality food and the hospitality industry
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to sustainability and locally sourced ingredients
