At Story Bridge Adventure Climb, we offer thrilling and unforgettable experiences for adventure seekers and tourists alike. As a leading provider of adventure climbs, we are dedicated to providing safe and exhilarating journeys for our customers. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Climb Leaders to join our team and help create lifelong memories for our guests.

As a Climb Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers during the Story Bridge Adventure Climb. You will be responsible for leading groups of climbers on their ascent to the top of the iconic Story Bridge, providing guidance, instruction, and maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the entire climb.

• Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for adventure and outdoors.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong focus on safety and customer service.
• Comfortable working at heights and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible with availability — including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain before starting) a current Blue Card for working with children.
• Must be willing to complete a First Aid Certificate
