Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and unloading produce for all kitchen across the precinct.
• Prepare orders for all stakeholders on HSW Precinct.
• Assisting the culinary teams with stock take.
• Assist the Inventory Controller and Night Cellar Hand to ensure period targets are met.
• Assist in guaranteeing par levels are met and maintained.
• Comply to HSW safety procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality-based role
• Previous experience working in a culinary role
• Extensive food and produce knowledge is advantageous 
• Forklift license is preferred
• Experience with food safety 
• Reliable and has a positive attitude
