Are you ready to love what you do? ARTEMUS Group are looking for a HR Business Partner to head up our Manly precinct. We are looking for a professional who enjoys variety in their day to day and is passionate about supporting our incredible team.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will play a critical role in executing the people strategy, focusing on developing and implementing impactful HR processes that empower our team and enhance performance. The HRBP provides expert guidance and support, with a focus on employment relations, performance management, HRIS management, training, employment engagement and recruitment.

Your responsibilities include:
- Provide expert guidance and support on HR related matters, including employment law, policies, and best practices.
- Implement HR systems and processes that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance employee engagement.
- Ensuring our HRIS is up to date and fully leveraged for maximum impact.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that supports ARTEMUS's growth.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, aligned with our values.
- Oversee team training and development programs, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner to support our recruitment needs.

Qualifications/Skills:
- HR tertiary qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and regulations and ER best practice
- Proven experience in driving HR initiatives in a rapidly growing/dynamic company
- Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and providing timely HR advice to leaders at all levels
- An eye for innovation and process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Exemplifies a high degree of confidentiality
