We are seeking a Revenue Manager to drive the optimisation of our digital sales platform Me&U across multiple venues at our precinct.  You will play a crucial role in formulating and developing category strategies to achieve sales and profit targets. 

You will collaborate with Venue Managers and cross-functional teams, analyse market trends, and optimise our product offerings to understand and enhance guest experiences and maximise revenue. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop category strategies and plans to achieve defined sales and profit targets
• Conduct thorough research on consumer trends, competitor products, and pricing to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional plans that drive category sales and enhance brand visibility
• Utilise sales data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Venue Managers to understand their needs to improve trends and maximise revenue and profit
• Support the strategic planning, development, and execution of product categories across various business entities within the organization
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to ensuring optimal product availability and representation
• Have a solid understanding of technology and be comfortable using various tech tools
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in product support and analysis
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to distil, synthesise and draw conclusions on large amounts of data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent attention to detail and follow through
• Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on MS Excel and experience with data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and peers
