Located at the picturesque Manly Cove, the team behind Felons Brewing Co. are excited to bring together a new dining destination at the iconic Manly Wharf. This new destination venue brings to life delicious Australian caught seafood, refreshing drinks and a smiley surf-village spirit. Once an old school fish n chip shop, we welcome all walks of life to come into this new venue, sink into a chair and watch the sun go down with an icy cold Felons Crisp Lager.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food production across all sections.
  • Manage and mentor junior chefs, ensuring they understand their duties.
  • Provide guidance and training to the team to foster skills and development.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency are met.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Help with managing kitchen expenses, including food costs and labor, to meet budget targets.

  • Extensive experience working in the kitchen at a senior level at highly renowned establishments
  • Passion for creating and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Solid experience leading and directing a kitchen team
  • Passion for innovative menu design
