We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Felons where you will work in our Harbour Bistro. In this role, you will focus on delivering a more personalised dining experience to our guests, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality. Key responsibilities include:
- Work with the Restaurant Manager to build and maintain a culture of passion, quality, care and relentless dedication to making and sharing the highest quality hospitality experiences.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in continually training and developing the team ensuring a strong, diverse and complimentary set of skills across the team.
- Conduct and be present at all staff briefings, ensuring wider team attends and understands their duties whilst on shift.
- Ensuring venue presentation is always of a high standard.
- Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate.
- Being present on the floor whilst you lead by example.
What we are looking for:
- Previous fine dining/casual fine dining experience
- Strong service/section knowledge
- Strong guest experience/feedback
- Booking system knowledge
