ARTEMUS Group are looking to appoint a Reservations Coordinator. Reporting to the Group VIP and Reservations Manager, this role will see you serve as the initial point of contact for guests. You will handle inbound calls, process bookings and enquiries, and provide seamless support to multiple venues within the Brisbane and Sydney precincts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and maintain venue-specific email inboxes
- Coordinate all reservations for precinct venues, including confirmations, large group bookings, and dietary accommodations
- Monitor SevenRooms system for all venues to identify and act on presale opportunities
- Support the conversion of large-scale enquiries from digital campaigns across the HSW hospitality portfolio
- Deliver friendly, solutions-focused customer service
- Reconcile invoices related to venue bookings
- Liaise regularly with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for upcoming bookings
- Communicate guest feedback to the Group VIP & Guest Experience Manager
- Maximise revenue through the strategic upselling of products, venues, and experiences
- Conduct professional and informative site inspections with clients and guests
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a reservations department with multiple venue
- Prover experience in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Experience in the SevenRooms reservations System
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
