Ciao Papi is on the hunt for a dynamic Venue Manager who’s all about energy, passion, and unforgettable guest experiences. This is a key leadership role where your personality, passion, and presence will shape the entire experience. You’ll be the heartbeat of Ciao Papi making sure every guest leaves with a story to tell.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgets.
- Liaise with chefs and marketing to execute weekly menu updates and printing.
- Leading from the front to ensure your team understand what daily tasks look like.
- Up-skilling and developing each team member around product knowledge and service.
- Responsible for day to day operations and business performance.
- Execute world class guest service. Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.
- Support the strong and practical systems and processes that are in place to maintain our care and safety vision.
- Collaborate with Human Resources regarding team management activities and have a solid knowledge of company policies and procedures.
What we are looking for:
- Proven previous experience in hospitality management in a fast-paced environment
- A natural leader with strong communication and team building skills
- Financial acumen and confidence with reporting and forecasting
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
