We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to join the Felons Barrel Hall leadership team to lead by example and support the daily operations by guiding the team through busy periods. This role will be a hands on and guest focused role, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.
• Supervising and training Food and Beverage Attendants.
• Visibly active on the floor, leading by example and supporting Food and Beverage Attendants to be the best they can be.
• Identifying and reporting safety hazards, incidents and near misses.
• Be a brand ambassador by demonstrating genuine passion for the business and brand.
• Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate.
• Ensuring venue presentation is at a high standard at all times.
• A high knowledge of the product produced in venue.
• Ensure a strong connection to the brewery, the story of our beers and other hospitality operations.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to own situations and make decisions as necessary
• A background in high volume, quality hospitality business
• Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision
