If you are looking for a change in pace and environment or perhaps looking to advance your career, we are currently recruiting for Event Duty Manager & Event Supervisors. Working closely with our Events Director and Events Operations Manager this role will see you overseeing the delivery of events, ensuring all logistics, staffing, and venue requirements are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
As an Events Supervisor, you’ll:
- Lead front-of-house teams during functions and special events
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service
- Be hands-on in setup, pack-down, and everything in between
- Keep energy and service levels high throughout the event
- Be the point person for clients, guests, and your team
As a Duty Manager, you’ll:
- Oversee daily operations and venue performance during your shift
- Lead and support staff on the floor to deliver standout service
- Handle guest queries, compliance, and day-to-day problem-solving
- Open or close the venue, including cash handling and reporting
- Be the go-to when leadership is needed
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a team leader, supervisor, or management role
- A natural communicator who can motivate and guide others
- Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and solutions-focused
- A love for hospitality and a strong sense of service
- Flexible availability across nights and weekends
- RSA required
