Reporting directly to the Brand Director the Felons Manly Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of all aspects of the Brewery & hospitality marketing for our Manly businesses. Working alongside the Felons marketing team in Brisbane, Lead Brewer & hospitality GMs in Manly to develop and execute an annual marketing plan and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end consumer journey, ensuring memorable and consistent brand interactions.
- Lead brand communications, innovation planning, digital strategy, partnerships, and PR.
- Maintain a strong online and offline brand presence, including merchandise and collateral.
- Support hospitality teams in delivering consistent, high-quality brand experiences.
- Develop beer education and event programming that builds passion and engagement.
- Maintain brand excellence across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate across teams to build and deliver an annual marketing strategy.
- Ensure all initiatives align with brand vision and goals.
- Champion a culture of safety and care by leading from the front.
- Embed safety as a daily mindset across the brewery.
- Continuously review and improve standards and systems.
- Drive brand visibility in trade through events, collateral, and brewery experiences.
- Support sales and marketing alignment through campaign and innovation execution.
What we are looking for:
- Previous marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, events, tourism, or consumer lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
