We’re looking for Commis Chef to join our Felons Fish & Chipper team – someone who values quality, sustainability, and teamwork. Our menu is homely, wholesome and uncomplicated, with produce sourced locally and prepared to the highest standards.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as either a Cook, Commis or Demi Chef.
- Previous Seafood experience is highly regarded.
- Strong mise en place, organisation, and consistency under pressure.
- Respectful communication and a team-first mindset.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety and service standards.
- Availability to work across a flexible roster, including weekends.
- Cookery qualification is highly desirable.
- Previous Seafood experience is highly regarded.
