Owned and operated by hospitality and tourism specialists Artemus Group, Manly Wharf is Sydney’s iconic waterfront destination, blending heritage charm with a vibrant community spirit.

We’re thrilled to be bringing a fresh new concept to the iconic Manly Wharf! This vibrant, family-friendly destination will be a hub for live entertainment, great music, and a dynamic atmosphere that celebrates the very best of coastal hospitality. As we grow, we’re on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our team in the following roles:

  • Venue Manager
  • Bar Manager
  • Operations Manager
  • Assistant Venue Managers

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading high-volume hospitality venues (ideally with entertainment or family-friendly offerings)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team
  • Passion for live music, entertainment, and delivering top-tier customer experiences
  • Strong focus on customer service and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Understanding of venue compliance and licensing
  • Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience in rostering, training, and team development
  • Enthusiasm for being part of a growing group with big ambitions
