Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain an extensive understanding of beverage products, flavors, and preparation methods
• Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, anticipating their needs
• Strictly adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines and regulations

What we are looking for:

• Bar experience with a comprehensive knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends (highly regarded)  
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills       
• Proactive, problem-solving and attention to detail skills (highly regarded)
• Ability to work within a fast paced, high energy environment
• Duties may also include serving food and beverages
• Flexible availability with weekends essential
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
