What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in high-volume kitchens with the ability to deliver excellence under pressure
• A passion for bold, flavour-driven menus that showcase seasonal produce and creativity
• Exceptional attention to detail in both flavour and presentation
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety compliance
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments with clear communication skills
