We are on the lookout for a Point of Sales System Support to join the team at Howard Smith Wharves. You will be supporting all our venues across our precinct in day-to-day servicing. We're especially interested in candidates with a background in hospitality who are looking to explore new aspects of the industry beyond frontline service. This is a great opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes experience in the financial operations that support a successful hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Updating and maintaining POS systems
• Managing Me&U updates
• Updating external ordering platforms
• Replacing hardware when required
• Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution

What we are looking for:

• Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying and solving issues
• You can support system upgrades and routine maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with POS systems and ordering platforms
• Reliable and able to work independently when required
• Monitor system logs for errors, failed processes, or security issues
