We are seeking a Full-time Assistant Receivables Manager to join our growing team! Reporting to the Receivables Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficient stock management, high standards of service, and a well organised and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Receivables Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Assist with inventory management, including stock control, ordering, receiving, and stock take processes
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand standards
- Support rostering, training, and onboarding of new team members
- Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to achieving targets
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and other relevant regulations
What we are looking for:
- Experience in stock receivals, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Current forklift licence (LF) preferred
- Proficient in inventory systems and basic computer software
- Knowledge of WHS and manual handling procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision
- Embraces feedback and consistently strives to raise the bar
