Felons Brewing Co. is a modern brewery and hospitality destination set beneath the Story Bridge on the banks of the Brisbane River, known for its balanced, approachable beers and its ability to bring people together through vibrant, welcoming experiences.

We’re now seeking exceptional Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team — people who take pride in their craft, thrive in high-energy environments, and understand that world-class service is delivered with intention & care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating genuine, welcoming first impressions for every guest
• Deliver exceptional, efficient, and friendly service across all areas of the venue.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all our food and beverage offerings to confidently make recommendations.
• Maintaining impeccable presentation standards across tables, bars, and service areas.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism, escalating to a manager when required.
• Uphold RSA and food safety standards without compromise
• Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting colleagues during peak periods and ensuring guest satisfaction remains the top priority.

What we’re looking for:

• Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is essential
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced venues is highly regarded
• Ability to work late finishes (up to 1am)
• A natural passion for hospitality and guest experience — training will be provided
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and strong work ethic
• A valid Queensland RSA
• Familiarity with Felons, our offerings, or activations is a strong advantage
