We’re on the lookout for Chefs of all levels (Cooks to Chef de Partie) to join our Events & Activations team, supporting a dynamic calendar of events across our venues at Howard Smith Wharves.

From large-scale festivals and brand activations to private functions and premium experiences, this is a great opportunity to be part of fast-paced, high-energy events while working with a passionate and supportive culinary team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and execute food for a wide range of events and activations
• Work across pop-ups, festivals, private events and large-scale service periods
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and event teams to deliver quality food under pressure
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
• Support menu execution and prep as required for each event

What we’re looking for:

• Cooks, Commis, Chef de Parties and Sous Chef levels
• Previous experience within an events kitchen
• The ability to work under pressure whilst executing precise time management skills involving planning, prioritising and delegating
• Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
