As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll continue the delivery of effective, compliant, and people-centred HR operations across the organisation. You will partner closely with leaders to enhance workforce performance and culture.

This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring HR policies, systems, and practices support both our people and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations
• Champion engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and culture initiatives
• Support performance management, capability development, and succession planning
• Drive training and development programs
• Lead and work collaboratively with the HR Advisor to deliver effective business support
• Manage complex employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes
• Contribute to HR strategy execution alongside the HR Director
• Maintain HR policies and frameworks aligned to legislation and best practice
• Ensure compliance with employment law, awards, and agreements
• Oversee HR systems, records, and data integrity
• Provide HR reporting and insights to inform decision-making

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practice
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (desirable)
