As a Cocktail Production Assistant, you will support the wider team in preparing pre-batched cocktails, house-made syrups, and beverage ingredients that supply our venues, ensuring consistency, precision, and high standards across all production stages. This hands-on role involves assisting with recipe preparation, production workflows, inventory management, quality control checks, and maintaining safety and RSA compliance.

Working within our beverage production space and lab environment, you will contribute to ingredient preparation, product testing, and trials while helping maintain accurate specifications and production standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and modern cocktail techniques, develop skills in a process-driven production environment, and grow within a dynamic hospitality group.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role, production environment, or bartenders with strong cocktail-making experience
• Passion for spirits, cocktails, and modern cocktail technique
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting the Supervisor
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the production of pre-batched cocktail bottles and kegs, including quality checks under supervision
• Supporting the preparation of house-made syrups, beverage ingredients, and general ingredient prep
• Assisting with inventory management, stock counts, and production-related record keeping
• Supporting new product development, recipe trials, production testing, and cocktail specification calculations in line with RSA requirements
• Following all production safety procedures, sanitation standards, and cleaning protocols
