From vibrant waterfront venues like Mr Percival’s to our broader bar portfolio, we’re offering multiple leadership opportunities for experienced Bar Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.

As part of our bar leadership team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations while working closely with Venue Managers and the wider leadership group. You’ll lead from the front, mentor and develop your team, uphold exceptional product and service standards, and ensure your venue operates smoothly, efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire bar teams to deliver exceptional service, every shift
• Drive cocktail and beverage standards, presentation and consistency
• Maintain compliance with liquor licensing and responsible service standards
• Oversee stock control, ordering, inventory and cost management
• Implement and monitor procedures to improve speed, quality and efficiency
• Support and deliver memorable guest experiences, including VIP and event service
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in premium or high-volume venues
• Strong beverage knowledge — cocktails, wine, spirits and current trends
• A creative approach to menu development and presentation
• Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills
• A hands-on operator who leads with professionalism and positivity
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Current RSA and RMLV
