Artemus Group is seeking a creative and hands-on Content Producer to join our marketing team to help bring our venues and experiences to life. We are also open to this role being part-time for the right candidate.

This role is responsible for producing high-quality content across the Artemus Group portfolio, supporting digital, social and in-venue campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Director, Brand Manager and Social Media Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our content reflects our brands, supports activations and drives engagement with our guests.

This is the perfect role for someone who is creative, organised and proactive, and who enjoys delivering content that makes an impact in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Content Production

  • Plan creative concepts aligned with brand direction
  • Capture and edit premium photography and video content for digital, social media and in-venue platforms
  • Plan, direct and style photography and video shoots
  • Maintain visual consistency and strong brand presentation
  • Ensure all content is high-quality, on-brand and suitable for multi-channel use
  • Contribute creative content ideas and execute premium content in a diverse multi-brand environment

Campaign & Activation Support

  • Assist with the creative delivery of venue campaigns and activations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, designers and external vendors to execute campaigns smoothly
  • Contribute creative ideas to support activations, content initiatives and marketing calendar priorities.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner closely with the Brand Manager and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to co-ordinate content shoots and execution timelines.

Trend Awareness

  • Stay across lifestyle, hospitality and social media trends
  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance guest engagement and brand storytelling
  • Contribute to campaign and activation brainstorming sessions

What we are looking for:

  • 2–5 year’s experience in premium content production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing premium content production, with premium hospitality examples
  • Confident styling photography and video shoots
  • Sharp creative eye and strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in photography, videography and editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and content production tools
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand experiences
