About the Opportunity
The Community Housing Worker provides tenancy management services, housing assistance solutions and support facilitation within a housing portfolio of social, affordable and market rent homes. The role is responsible for driving positive tenant outcomes and building relationships that assist our tenants in sustaining their tenancies. The Community Housing Worker is the relationship manager for our tenants and is responsible for delivering all aspects of tenancy management under the guidelines of the Residential Tenancies Act.
