What we'll expect from you:

Given the strong growth and success, i2C is looking for a creative, proactive, adaptable and passionate Sales Manager in our Brisbane studio. This role will have a national focus and partner with our Business Development Leader, the Sales team, company Directors and wider i2C team including Marketing and Graphic Design departments. 

As an experienced sales manager, you will have worked across the sales space in a professional services firm and understand the business complexities that come with this space. You will ideally possess experience in a similar sales role, with knowledge of the Australian AEC industry a bonus. This is an all rounder sales role - client facing and working across multiple projects, you'll also have a passion for helping develop and coach the team around you. 

General responsibilities of the role include:

  • Strategically plan, manage and produce sales targets for Queensland
  • Actively chase new clients and maintain existing client relationships
  • Drive the account manager team to meet sales targets
  • Engage with the wider team to link interstate and potentially international leads
  • Report to the national sales team and the Business Development Manager on a regular basis
  • Support strategic business development initiatives and Ideally, having a passion for architecture and design.
  • A willingness to collaborate and communicate with a truly national team.

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience working as part of a professional services sales team and covering all aspects of the sales process.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar sales role
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong written influencing skills with tailored messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
  • Passion for working with team members to develop skills and foster a great working relationship and enable successful collaboration both locally and with our national team
