About this role:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, adaptable and passionate technical project leader to join our Melbourne studio to lead projects and project teams to deliver the best outcomes. This role has the opportunity to work in that leading space, taking designs through to construction on site.

Outstanding attention to detail is paramount for this role. The right candidate must have a ‘can do attitude’ and be passionate about delivering quality projects to their clients.

Skills and Requirements

  • 8+ years experience producing high quality & accurate architectural documentation - preferably in the retail, commercial, mixed-use and / or industrial projects
  • In depth project analysis and liaison with all stakeholders to ensure the best solution for every individual design and construction project, along with excellent construction knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise with the Client, Council and Consultants
  • Ability to co-ordinate cross check and understand the consultant team including but not limited to structural, civil, hydraulic and electrical
  • Passion for working with team members to develop skills and foster a great working relationship and enable successful collaboration both locally and with our national team
  • Familiarity with Council Planning Codes
  • Sound knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards
  • You’ll be leading teams of Revit skilled technicians. Although not a requirement, possessing Revit skills or a willingness to learn would be beneficial
