We are looking for a Project Leader to join our Sydney Studio
We are looking for a Retail focused Project Leader to join our team with minimum 5 years’ industry experience. You’ll help us build functional, secure and well-designed structures that meet our needs, the clients requirements and the needs of the wider community. The right person for this position will demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’ and be passionate about delivering quality projects to their clients.
Experience
- 5 + years experience producing high quality & accurate architectural drawings using Revit
- Ability to cross check and understand structural, civil, hydraulic and electrical drawings
- Sound knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards
- Retail sector experience essential, with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of both customer and operational needs of the retail environment
- Experience of investment proposals and managing profitable projects
- Efficient managing the day-to-day operations of projects
- Creating and reviewing drawings in Revit; including checking and marking up drawings and reviewing team members' drawings and documenting projects if needed
- Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure the best solution for every individual design and installation project.
Expertise
- Established experience in medium to large scale projects in the retail sector.
- Solution focused, with a demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to projects, clients and teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate and manage clients, consultants and internal team members to achieve desired outcomes
- Understanding of fee proposals and management of financial metrics
- Team focused leadership approach, respectful and patient with the wider team and an eye for team development
