About this Role

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, adaptable and creative Studio Coordinator to join our Sydney Studio. 

As a studio coordinator, you will assist in providing day-to-day administrative, operational and marketing support, helping to maintain a professional, organised and welcoming environment for our team and clients. 

You’ll be joining an Architecture and Design practice with studios across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Operating as a national collective of design professionals, we draw on the knowledge and individual talents of our entire team. Whether it be our own studio culture or the impact our designs have on the wider community, inspiring ideas to enhance life experience is at the core of our practice.

Interested in joining our team? You'll be:

• Providing administrative and operational support across multiple departments
• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming studio environment
• Overseeing studio operations, including managing supplies and coordinating maintenance and cleaning contractors
• Coordinating calendars, events, meeting rooms, and travel arrangements
• Assisting with studio events, team social activities, and seasonal celebrations
• Supporting recruitment activities including team onboarding and offboarding processes
• Supporting content marketing and social media activities including copywriting
• Assisting with finance tasks including credit card reconciliation and event budgets
• Assisting coordination of training sessions (CPD, white card, first aid)

Ideally, you will have experience working as part of a team and covering a variety of studio activities in a positive and proactive manner. This role requires you to be in the studio each day and may, from time to time, require you to work outside of regular studio hours.

Your Expertise and Attributes

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office coordination, administration, or a related role
• Prior experience in marketing highly regarded
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with team members at all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and step up when needed
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to teamwork
• Solution focused, with a demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate and manage tasks while supporting team members to achieve great outcomes
• Proven ability to ‘take action’ and balance multiple tasks at once
• Team focused, collaborative, respectful and patient
