Of course, you’ll already have this covered:

  • Demonstrated success in leading projects from Design Development through to project Handover
  • A passion for driving quality, innovative design outcomes
  • Key Client Relationships in Retail / Living / Mixed Use
  • A keen interest in helping develop an eager team of professionals
  • Great working knowledge of the Australian industry, including relevant NCC and local building regulations and specifications
  • Preferably a registered architect with 4+ years post registration experience. All candidates with relevant experience will be considered
  • Excellent documentation software skills
  • Established experience in medium to large scale Retail Projects
  • Proven experience in the Retail sector, managing projects from proposal / bid preparation through to construction / commission completion
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate and manage clients, consultants and internal team members to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at once
