Job summary
The Private Groups team of Urban Adventures is on the hunt for creative and detail-oriented people that love to share their passion for travel with others!
As a Private Groups Specialist, you will be responsible for growing groups business and managing relationships over various channels including industry partners, white-label and key partnerships, and other direct groups.
With custom and private groups acting as a key driver of the growth at Urban Adventures, this role demands a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

Who are you?
- Experience working in the tourism industry, preferably with groups
- Customer service experience and successful track record of meeting sales goals
- Personal and/or professional travel experience to Urban Adventure destinations
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a personal drive to succeed
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for maximizing and growing the sales of the Private Groups Team
- Coordination of private group departures, and development of custom/FIT/Tailor Made itineraries for clients and partners
- Administrative responsibilities related to personal and team bookings/projects
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring there is a close alignment with Urban Adventures values and goals
