Administration Officer – Immanuel Gardens Aged Care (Buderim)
We’re looking for an experienced Administration Officer to support our team at Immanuel Gardens. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support residents and families, and help our service deliver exceptional care. You will collaborate with clients, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of services.
Employment Type: Full Time | Monday to Friday
$28.11 - $31.14 ph + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support the Service Manager with travel bookings, meetings, and outbreak management registers.
- Ensuring accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information. Maintain records and assist with staff coordination and communication.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous administration experience, ideally in aged care or health.
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance and valid Police Check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
