Bush Heritage Australia are seeking an Individual Giving Coordinator to join the Engagement team.

About the role

The Individual Giving Coordinator is part of the Marketing Team. The Marketing Team sits within the Marketing and Communications Team. The Marketing Team is responsible for direct marketing and fundraising (across regular giving, individual giving and community fundraising) - through a wide range of channels. This role has a strong focus on donor acquisition and retention across the direct marketing (including a strong focus on print mail) and individual giving program. The core areas of work sit across appeals, individual giving programs and campaigns, and community fundraising initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Support for the values and objectives of Bush Heritage Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects in a fundraising or consumer sales environment, to achieve identified outcomes within agreed deadlines and budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and briefing suppliers for optimum results (for example copywriters, agencies, designers, data list suppliers, printers and mailing house).
  • A passion for (sustainably made) print materials and experience in print production and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a CMS or customer databases for record management, targeting, reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated administrative and computer competencies, including demonstrated experience in using MS Excel to manipulate, analyse and present data.
  • An understanding of digital marketing (web, email, SMS, social).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
