We are recruiting for Support Workers to join our team across regional, rural and remote Australia!
Providing domestic support (such as cleaning and meal prep), intimate personal care, social support, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients, you will experience rewarding relationships and the joy of helping older individuals to retain their independence and boost their well-being.
Your role
As a Support Worker you will enjoy:
- A permanent part time position (hours offered will be dependent on your availability)
- Flexibility to work your shifts between 7am – 7pm Mon – Fri (with some weekend shifts).
- A diverse range of visits to clients' homes, covering your local area and surrounding suburbs
- A base hourly rate of $30.61 plus superannuation, and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging.
- Maximize your take-home pay through our not-for-profit salary packaging.
- The freedom of a mobile work environment, with a travel allowance of 96 cents per kilometre for driving between services.
- A mobile allowance when utilising your personal device for work-related purposes.

About you
We welcome applicants with a desire to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, with or without a Certificate III in Individual Support.
You will need the following:
- Genuine passion for working with older adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
- A valid driver's licence.
- A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.
- Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
- A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility in terms of availability, including the ability to work within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekend shifts
