About the Role:

We're recruiting Support Workers across ALL regions in NSW, QLD, VIC, and TAS to provide essential support to individuals aged 65 and older in your local community. Whether you’re helping with daily tasks like cleaning, meal prep, or offering companionship, you’ll play a key role in helping older adults maintain their independence and improve their overall well-being.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with intimate personal care, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Domestic Assistance: Help with daily tasks such as cleaning, meal prep, and maintaining a safe and healthy home environment.
- Social Support: Engage with clients, offering companionship and supporting them in staying active and connected to their communities.
- Implement Health & Wellbeing Initiatives: Assist with programs designed to improve the physical and mental well-being of clients.
- Create Connections: Spend quality time building strong relationships with your clients, supporting their independence, and bringing joy to their everyday lives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Genuine Passion: A deep interest in supporting older adults and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Car: You’ll need a registered, reliable, and fully insured vehicle to travel between clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortably use mobile devices like smartphones or tablets to manage your schedule and communication.
- First Aid/CPR Certification: A current First Aid and CPR certificate (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Police Check: A current National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain one).
